“everything I need is on amazon. I like how you can look inside books, I like how they should you what other shoppers have bought based on your purchase, it gives me more ideas. Amazon Prime is great and you get so much for what you pay for. I have listened to a few audiobooks and love that feature. I had to contact the help department recently and they were so helpful and got my problem solved quickly. A happy place to shop!”

“Customer service, on webchat, are so helpful. They will follow up with you and give you up to date info. My order was late, because the courier kept claiming I wasn't in when they tried to deliver but no attempt had been made. The webchat agent got in contact with the courier, told them off and got them to deliver that day. I was also offered 1 month added to my Prime membership for free, to make up for the issue. Above and beyond, every time.”
