“I accidentally pre-oredered a book on my Kindle (which I'm very new to using!) and couldn't work out how to reverse the purchase. I contacted them and they replied very quickly and were able to sort out the issue with no problem at all. Every time I've contacted Amazon for help they have been really helpful.”

“Good update on the items as I have done multiple orders from different sellers in one go. Keeps me afloat with the orders and their deliveries. Would be good to have the option to deliver entire order in one bulk to make sure I can receive the order.”
