“An order I placed with Amazon arrived but unfortunately it was an empty envelope apart from a piece of cardboard where the ordered product should have been attached. I contacted Amazon but the person told me they would replace it if I send the original back ?it was an empty package. Later they said they did not require me to return it but today I was weakened by a delivery driver asking for an item that was being returned to Amazon. It's clear to me that not one person at Amazon has listened to a word I told them.”

“The items were ordered on Friday 3rd November and delivered at 9.12am Tuesday 7th November. No delivery charge The items purchased (2 books) were very competitively priced”

“All of my items are in perfect quality, on time and grouped together. Thanks to Amazon all of my Christmas shopping is done and I am more organised than last year. I have been using Amazon for work also I find cheap things in bulk and am happy with passing these around as favors for the Christmas Party I am organizing. It is a delightful site where people we can be offered a multitude of items for cheaper than high street prices, there is no need to leave home or the office to shop as Amazon is just a click away.”
