“Its only in the last year that I have started using amazon. Its a very easy site to use and there is a good variety of items / prices. Returns are simple to do (if needed) and delivery is trackable and convenient, with different delivery options”

“I ordered a Dualit coffee m/e on 26 November,the order was lost, on the 2nd Dec a replacement was issued which has also gone missing. After over a week of false delivery promises , much hanging around for a delivery the has still not arrived I am still without my desired coffee machine. After being a regular customer of Amazon, and a recent Amazon prime customer they are letting me down bigtime”
