“I just recently tried the prime program and really happy with their prices, and if an item is going to be late, they will let you know. They always keep you informed and have no problems with returning items. I have a friend that was waiting for a certain spice on Thanksgiving day and it was delivered as promised. I am very happy with Amazon.”

“Generally have been good up until about a year ago. I have had several items that I have ordered not arrive that were in stock. Eventually my money was refunded with no explanation. This has happened about 4 or 5 times in the past year and was never an issue previously. Still have an iyem outstanding that I ordered, paid for and still haven't received from back in the Spring i.e. 9 months ago and still waiting. I think the systems are less than ideal from where they were. 5/10 from a 10/10! Victim of their own success??”
