“They deliver fast, most of the times, and if there's an issue customer service is always more than willing to smooth things out and help you end with a positive experience.”

“I've been a loyal customer since 2002 and I have used Amazon UK, France, Germany, USA and Italy and I have never been disappointed, on the rare occasion I have encountered a problem they have always been courteous and swift in their dealings with me and I have never lost a penny shopping with them, whatever failings they may have it certainly isn't customer satisfaction and I look forward to many more years happy shopping with them.”

“I am a British citizen living in Spain so I normally purchase from Amazon in Spain. Even with my limited Spanish I found it a good site to navigate and straightforward for making purchases. The items arrive promptly. I will continue to purchase from Amazon in the future.”

“Amazon is, as the name says Ama-zing, but the only downside is not providing fulfillment services to Croatia. I think it's the only EU country it does not provide "Fulfilled by Amazon" service, so lots of articles cannot be ordered, sadly :( Other than that, perfect!”

“Huge range of products at generally good prices with good delivery service via Prime. Yes, you pay extra, but its worth it. They deal with any issues promptly (e.g. replacement of damaged / undelivered item). Brilliant way of shopping online.”
