“Generally have been good up until about a year ago. I have had several items that I have ordered not arrive that were in stock. Eventually my money was refunded with no explanation. This has happened about 4 or 5 times in the past year and was never an issue previously. Still have an iyem outstanding that I ordered, paid for and still haven't received from back in the Spring i.e. 9 months ago and still waiting. I think the systems are less than ideal from where they were. 5/10 from a 10/10! Victim of their own success??”
