“Great price, always have stock (unlike many other stores), fast trouble free delivery. But, best of all - when I had a minor problem with an order this week, it was rectified IMMEDIATELY after my email to them. Cant ask for more - I'm a fan!”

“Ordered a glass item that turned up broken (a Yankee candle) and after 5 minutes I had printed a return label and repackaged it up. A couple of days after sending it back a replacement arrived in its place. Amazing service, accidents happen and Amazon handled the situation perfectly.”

“I've been a loyal customer since 2002 and I have used Amazon UK, France, Germany, USA and Italy and I have never been disappointed, on the rare occasion I have encountered a problem they have always been courteous and swift in their dealings with me and I have never lost a penny shopping with them, whatever failings they may have it certainly isn't customer satisfaction and I look forward to many more years happy shopping with them.”
