“We did not have amazon service dedicated to my country. So I use usually amazon.de for my family purchases. Good choices of many products, helping staff in case of any unclear situation. Smooth delivery process. For sure I will use amazon.de in the future.”

“I have purchased many items over the years and have always recieved great comunication from the order system about the status of the order, goods have always been delivered on time (packaging could be smaller though sometimes) Good are always of good quality and I have not had to return anything. I like the ability to see other pricing options available and the customer reviews help”
