“Apart from the items i required being available in stock, i was informed every step of the way from when the order was placed right up until dispatch, even informing me the day the items would be delivered. The delivery driver was very courteous as well.”

“I really like Amazon for the following reasons. Trouble free and safe ordering. Easy returns policy, no hassle. Able to get a good price. Items are always well packaged and delivered usually before estimated delivery date. Shopping on Amazon is a good experience.”

“Amazon consistently failing to offer next-day delivery for orders placed on a Friday or Saturday, even though my post code is eligible for this service and I am a Prime subscriber. Yet delivery is available on Saturday or Sunday for other nearby addresses!! Customer service answered my emails regarding the problem - but never actually acknowledged it, claiming may be a stock availability issue. Obviously NOT a stock issue since I can change the delivery address to another address and get it next day. Customer service now no longer engaging and are choosing to simply ignore my emails. Advertising Standards Agency already looking at an enquiry into Amazon deliveries, and I shall co-operate with this. Amazon claim "Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company." - I'd take that comment with a large pinch of salt!”
