“We purchased a camera from Amazon and the battery retraining clip was so flimsy it broke. I had never made a return to Amazon and very few purchases so I expected an issue or at least a little to and fro. The service could not have been better. The returns team were excellent and a returns bag was dispatched immediately. The refund was in my bank prior to me posting the item back. Brillaint service thank you so much. We then bought another camera from Amazon that has been brilliant.”

“The returns service offered by Amazon is amazing. I bought a small electronic part by mistake and used the returns service. It lets you print a return paid label and tells you the nearest drop off points. Although they say the money will not be repaid until they receive the item, in fact the moment the article was scanned by my local post office the cash was returned. Wonderful!!!”
