“Amazon is amazing! I can find anything that I need to buy just with a click. It is like having the old fashioned Woolworths at your fingertips. The delivery is outstanding too. I always choose the free delivery and 9 times out of 10 the item arrives the next day. Amazon is always my first call when I am looking for something.”

“I bought a replacement Kindle having lost my original. The new one duly arrived by next day delivery but I found quickly that it has a problem with holding a charge so was obviously defective as long battery life had been a feature of my original. I called Amazon on the Thursday, a process which took about 5 minutes, and I had a new Kindle by the next day. That's what I call service.”
