“Delivery was later than expected and the Samsung TV came without the screws to add the stand - very frustrating - I understand AP do not box the goods, however this feedback needs to go back to Samsung”

“This company uses the woeful service of Hunter Express to deliver. Zero updates re expected arrival. Finally turned up with no notice. Unprofessional on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend the headache of buying through them”

“Delivery has not been as advertised. 1 to 3 days on the web site then 1 to 2 days in the tracking. Neither are correct. From order time to now it is 4 days (still not delivered). From tracking time to now it is 3 days. I have better things to do than wait around for a delivery that does not materialise. Not happy!!”

“Found the website user friendly and no issues performing the online transaction. Poor delivery service, was notified that delivery was due Sat then received a call that there was a mix up with trucks and that it would be delivered Monday. Called Monday afternoon non answer left a message advising that we had not received our delivery. Tuesday morning received a call that our item will be delivered Wed.”
