“Website is easy to navigate and checkout straight forward without loads of extra unnecessary boxes to tick etc delivery was reasonably priced and item arrived within estimated time. Second time our household have used them and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again 👍”

“Having been left in the lurch by my service provider, I ordered a new tumble dryer online and to my great relief it was delivered on Christmas Eve. Everyone that we spoke to about the delivery was clear and helpful and the delivery was made within the timeframe expected by two helpful and considerate gentlemen. Appreciating the challenging times that everyone is trying to live with I was extremely grateful.”

“I opted to pick up my purchase (BBQ) from appliances direct near Derby. COVID 19 social distancing measures in place. I only had to wait a short time and I was given my BBQ. Pleasant staff, great prices. Delivery is a bit expensive hence the reason I picked the BBQ up. Steak ‘n’ Ribs, yum yum!”

“First time I've used this company and what a surprise! I bought a CCTV camera system from this company after hunting around all of the usual shops. I can tell you that for what my kit contained, it was 4x cheaper than the nearest competitor. That stunned me but surely there was a catch?? Nope - I was able to create a custom kit including size of storage for video etc. I was even able to select whether I wanted someone else to fit it when ordering too. This is a British company made CCTV system too. Forget DIY shops and electrical suppliers - this one is the real deal. Delivery was quick and I was able to track the purchase too. So what does it look like? Fantastic. No rubbish here and very good quality parts. I'm very happy! Zero package damage, brand new parts too and not a refurbished kit. Would I use Appliances Direct again? Definitely. I've already spotted something I'll be needing in the near future :)”
