“Really good service easy to order on line gave a good delivery date and a good and on delivery was a 3 hour delivery time which was on time too really good experience for my first time”

“After 50 days without an oven because of the . . . . by the Insurance Company with your help and advice ( very understanding and sensitive lady) l selected my new oven and arranged delivery. The whole process took only 22hrs. Thank you, thank you so much.”

“Received an email to collect my item from the East Midlands store, turned up and was told sorry love will be waiting over an hour. What?? I got an email that it was ready to collect on the day I arranged? Staff couldn’t care less. Rang when I got home to complain, staff still couldn’t care less. Got a phone call the next day your item is ready call us back and we will get it ready. So it is ready or not??? Tried to call the number given repeatedly but never answered. So turned up again the next day, item still not ready and still had to wait to receive it. Shocking customer service, will not use again”

“Ordered the Item just before Christmas, it was delivered as promised between Christmas and New Year, It's not being installed until Mid January so I can't comment on it'd performance, it looks good thought!”

“Great service apart from paid £30 for a Monday delivery and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday .I suspect it was a courier service fault as my order was dispatched on the previous Thursday the day the order was placed.”

“Delivery was excellant, delivered next day even though only two days before xmas, price was good compared to other similar devices, and machine worked well. Only one small complaint is that on/off light is not very bright or visable and difficult to see whether on or off. Would use the service again. Gary.”

“needed an oven 2 days before christmas and these guys helped me out no end. Delivery was fast and got a phonecall 10 minutes before delivery which was helpful. had a nightmare fitting oven bit that was due to socket needing moving so it would fit. happy wit oven and would deffo recommend for the price. it saved my christmas”
