“Amazing service, quick delivery, great price...you saved our Christmas! Fridge broke 23rd Dec, found mini fridge 4pm as main fridge not being replaced until 29th, it arrived 9am the next morning! So happy! You honestly saved our Christmas, Thank you!!”

“Purchased a cooker hood but website didn't advise it didn't come with a carbon filter. Instruction manual said they are available as an add on extra so after I attached the appliance to the wall, I went on the website and they were out of stock for 4-5 months. Surely this should be advised before a customer purchases the product? Contacted Appliances Direct and they weren't interested, closed case, and basically told me tough cookie. So beware anyone else. Don't buy a cooker hood without contacting the store first to see if they have the filters in stock if you need recirculating cooker hood, otherwise you will be left in a similar situation.”

“I have waited for weeks and weeks for my fridge to arrive. It was meant to be delivered yesterday .However when the delivery team called me to let me know they will be there in 30 mins,they stated they can only leave the fridge at my building entrance and cant bring it up to my flat for health and safety reasons. How on earth am I supposed to bring a fridge up to my flat myself? Why did I pay the delivery to my doorstep for extra large item? Surely all flats in the world get fridges delivered to their doorstep. I have been trying to call appliances direct since yesterday but there is no reply. I am very disappointed.”

“Appliance Direct did everything they promise on their Website only problem I had was the LG TV Apps. No ITV Hub or MY5. My fault I should have checked so now will have to buy Firestick at £30 to get the apps I want.”
