“Great experience throughout. Old microwave/combination oven broke 2 days before Christmas. Looked at web site , found what we wanted, delivered in 24hrs . Just superb. Will definitely use again. No problem.”

“Great service in that you can order and get delivered very quickly but the delivery was an issue. Only one person was sent with the appliance who then refused to carry it up some stairs. Thankfully there were two male tenants in situ so this wasn't an issue but they should assess the delivery situation before they send out for delivery - sending appliances with only one delivery person seems a little foolish.”

“Delivery was very late, I paid for the old cooker to be removed but although the day before they asked me o get cooker ready to be collected on the delivery driver informed me not collecting, and since then have cancelled the collection”

“I ordered our new Swan microwave at 9.30pm on 22nd December having suddenly realised we couldn’t get through Christmas without one. The Appliances Direct website was easy to navigate and the microwave was delivered by 3.30pm the following day! There were no hitches and service was excellent. I would definitely use Appliances Direct over Amazon now.”
