“Going to the store and working with the salesman was great. It was after my brand new washer and dryer were delivered and installed that everything went down hill. I went to use my dryer a few days later only to discover it did not work. It would not heat up. Called them and was told a service call would have to be done then they changed it to I had to call whirlpool directly. Called whirlpool and was told I needed to preform dryer vent check, which they would mail to me in about a week. Called appliance direct to complain that I should not have to wait another week and was told to bad. I think that is the definition of crappy service. Brand new and improperly installed and now it will possibly be two weeks before I can use my dryer. Not acceptable! They should have made some exceptions and moved things around to come out and fix or replace ASAP! This will be the last time I buy from them and I will discourage everyone I know not to use them. Beware they do not allow you to return your appliances regardless if it has been 5 days, 2 weeks or a month. Really bad service!!! Do not buy from them!!!”

“Stop buying from this junk company! They send me broken item and next day after collection I asked for return and they avoided return and send me phone number for manufacturer ask for repair!!! Can you believe it!? Buying from this junk company is a lottery. Do not risk it, not worth it. Do not waste your time and money. Please be very carefully!”
