“We purchased an ElectiQ cooker hood/extractor. Delivery schedule was as advised. The cooker hood is good value for money. The only problem we are having at the moment is great difficulty in trying to fit the mesh extractor panel inside the hood.”

“Was happy to pay a bit more and order from Appliances Direct rather than buy my item at a cheaper price from Amazon, as I wish to avoid that company. Appliances Direct's website said delivery would be by DPD and I would be allocated a 1 hour delivery slot. This definitely influenced my decision to buy from Appliances Direct. However, DPD was not the delivery company! I was not happy on delivery day to receive a message from Amazon Delivery at midday saying they were delivering my parcel - and delivery would be any time that day. It arrived just before 9pm. I like the item I bought but feel let down by Appliances Direct. Next time I might as well purchase from Amazon (despite not wishing to) as that's the company that was used anyway.”

“Ordered a TV on 18th Feb 2021. First one was damaged. Second one was faulty. Appalling communication. Had to ring to get any answers. Total so far is 142 minutes on the phone and still haven't got a TV one month later. Was promised it today March 16th but no show again. This is the third day off work I have taken to wait in with no pay and still haven't got my TV. I've bought loads of goods from them in the past. Seems if anything goes wrong they are terrible. Basically they are just box shifters. don't expect any customer service. If this is on the public domain, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“I purchased a electriQ Silent16 air conditioner along with a 5 year extended on 3rd January 2021. I am happy with the air con but having serious issues with the warranty. I should have received a policy schedule giving me my warranty number and have it in writing the legally binding agreement between me the purchaser and the vendor in the event I have to make a claim. This policy schedule I have not received now for nearly 3 months despite emailing and complaining to customer services numerous times. Every time I get a generic response saying they are looking into my issue. Appliance Direct customer service are terrible and full of BS. They are thiefs who have stolen £50 without providing the service I have paid for”
