“Was sent an email after 7days of buying a washing machine to buy insurance cover. After waiting for sometime they refused as they said they don't insure REFURBISHED appliances that they sell. Hence wise I was going to add it to the basket at the time of sale and also there's NOTHING on the site to say that this is the case. Nevermind, it's insured fully com elsewhere now at a better price. Just wasn't impressed how rude they was on the phone and how unprofessional this is.”

“Hounded by ‘sales staff’ they ring you up and tell you that they want to go through the warranty and delivery. Errrrr NO! I know about the delivery I booked and paid extra for it. Even if you say no you don’t want the extended warranty - you are bombarded with emails trying to sell you it. The delivery was fine. Dumped just inside the front door. They said that they couldn’t bring it in as it was company policy due to Covid that they couldn’t. Yet they mentioned that they are expected to do installs (which is an astronomical amount btw) Strange how they wouldn’t deliver the fridge freezer into my property and yet, 3 weeks ago they delivered a washing machine straight into my kitchen.”

“The parcel was delivered before the estimated date and arrived in good condition. The rice was very ompetitive and the service very good. We have yet to install the applicance, but I have taken it out of the box and it looks lovely”

“Ordering and paying no problem but not impressed with delivery driver not being able to find the address. Not as if it was up a hidden country lane but a big sign written industrial building. Why don't you get your driver's to put the What 3 Words app on their phones.”
