“I placed my order and it was delivered on time. I was kept informed all along the way. It was a very painless experience. There was packaging damage but I checked the product inside and it looks fine”

“I ordered a pair of AirPod Pro’s for my partners birthday, the price couldn’t be bettered anywhere and delivery was quick. In short I’d have given a 5 star rating BUT.... I intended to order a case to keep them in, so I was delighted to find a special offer of a free case at checkout. You might think this is a good thing, I’d agree, but having just open the packaging to wrap the gift the case wasn’t there. I’ll now need to buy one, a bit disappointing.”

“The ElectriQ bladeless fan heater I bought for my attic man-cave/office is great. Instant heat and attractive. Love the remote control, although the display on the heater is not too clear - my only complaint. I live close to your EM warehouse so I was able to pick it up next day.”
