“Part as described only wish it came in a hard ,package with caliber marking, but it came in a plastic bag with description written in black marker, I hope it is the correct BCG? time will tell.”

“The Bullets were minimally packaged. Hornady HAP Bullets are precision Bullets not typical copper washed variety and should be packed and shipped very carefully to prevent bullet damage. Other vendors of these same bullets use considerable soft insulation around the box to prevent bullet damage and I will be using them in future orders.”

“Ordered 6000 cases with the $15 cleaning option. Brass is far Dirtier than I expected. It can easily be reloaded but there’s plenty of tanish. I’ve only reloaded about 300 cases so far. In those 300 cases I have found half a dozen .380, 9x18 and 10mm cases. There were two cases I was unable to remove crimped primers from. In all, expecting an overage to the order, I am satisfied in the value of pistol brass purchased.”

“Service was great shipping not so much. USPS is truly snail mail. Took so long to get the order that I had forgotten I placed it. Since you charge shipping I think this could be sent with a better carrier.”

Order placed 10 Jan, with up to 4 days processing time advertised at the time you placed your order. Item shipped 14 Jan and delivered 17 January.

“I chose your site for the quality of product’s but your web site needs work,I tried several times to talk to someone but I couldn’t, I got my bolt carrier and clean it first, when I went to use it I could not pull it back to rack so I tried it again it worked then overall the product works great but I did find it for a lower. Price thanks Big Ned”

“Ordering was easy, price was fair. Shipping was prompt. The problems I had: 1. The BCG was wrapped around in some sort matter and tossed in a plastic envelope, pretty much zero protection. 2. The shipping method was the cheapest and slowest known to human, it took 2 weeks to get to me. Not likely to shop here again. Not surprised I never heard of this shop before...”

It looks like your package was delayed in San Jose mail center for unknown reasons. The service selected for your parcel was a 3 day service, however the only service USPS guarantees on time delivery is USPS Express.
