“I was unhappy that when I got on the website it offered me 5% off at checkout but didn’t apply the 5%. I immediately wrote customer service and they said - We are unable to apply the discount code to your order as it is already processed. It felt like false advertising. I like the grill, I would recommend it to friends but I would warn them about my experience as well.”

“I was looking for something to protect my Trex deck from my Solo stove and the heat shield is perfect for it. It completely blocks all the heat. I can put my hand under the shield and not feel any heat whatsoever. It was ready to go right out of the box”

“I received my purchase after a long delay do to damage by fedex. The product is missing the hardware, at least one structural piece and damaged. I spoke to Therese Canete in customer service on 9/15 and emailed her 10 pics of the condition of the item and noted the missing pieces. I asked for a refund and instructions to return. No reply from anyone at Titan. Will be filing a complaint with my Credit card Co and BBB. Get with it over there in customer care Ralph”

“original order "lost in shipment" had to call after three weeks to request back up order...associate was VERY helpful and sent second order out right away. The product is first class and well made!”

“I looked at these and made my mind up I was going to purchase them , and after getting confirmation that my order was recieved , It was just 3 or 4 days they arrived , and although I have used them yet , it seems they are just as advertised , and arrived on time of maybe a littler early,”

“Purchased a “scratch and dent” roaster, received a banged up used roaster with a significant foul odor (assuming from the previous owner who didn’t clean after using it). However, TGO made it right by refunding me 100%. Their quality assurance process leave much to be desired.”
