“Purchased Titan live fire grill 1 week later price went down $300.00 e-mailed and called threatened bad reviews everything I could think of to get a store credit or any consideration spoke to and wrote until I was blue in the face. could not get any consideration whatsoever but copy and paste e-mails telling me how important their customers are. I couldn't even get a discount on my next purchase. I can send back the grill until Jan 11th 2024 I probably should. I have been in retail all of my life this is worst purchase experience I have ever had. What drives me crazy is they could have gave me a small store credit or discount I would have been fine. All I got was NO NO NO at every turn. Maybe this is why they changed their name.”

“Received my order in a timely manner. Looking fwd to using it soon. My issue is that the spit rod was so lodged into the cooker that it was impossible to get it out without drilling the rivets out and having to rebuild the unit. I cut my right hand so badly attempting this that I had to go to the hospital and received many stitches. Jeff Joseph Order #13100202727”

“I was sent defective, blemished items in dirty, decrepit boxes that were clearly previously opened and resealed poorly. I am currently receiving support and if my return goes through successfully, I will give ash & ember a second chance.”

“The rotisserie I purchased was a scratch and dent item but it was in much better condition than I had expected and was able to remove all of the dents and made it look like nothing was ever wrong with it. It was missing one bolt and nut but that was an easy fix.”

“The order arrived very quickly, however I was dismayed to find that not only had my credit card been charged for the merchandise, but what appeared to be 2 holds in excess of $800 had been placed as well, requiring a call to my credit card company. Yes, those charges were reversed before they actually hard posted to my account, but they never should have happened in the first place. Not a good way to conduct business.”

“We LOVE the 42" Hemisphere Fire Pit! The deep rich color is beautiful! The pit is deep so no issues with smoke, and the fire pit puts out lots of heat! Highly recommend this fabulous Fire Pit!”
