“I just purchased my 3rd fire grate and they are still awesome!!! Don't throw your money away at the big box stores. Do it once and do it right the first time.”

“The 28” fire grate is well built. It gets the flame higher in our fire pit, which is fairly deep. It also lets the air get under the fire.”

“This is the 2nd piece of teak furniture I purchased from titan. The 1st was in excellent condition and I had no issue with assembly. That was the glider. This piece (Seville chair) comes from a company called ash and ember. Quality is shoddy and a piece broke off right out of the box. Titan customer service was excellent and sent me a replacement but the new one also had assembly issues. I give titan a 5 star for customer service but you might want to reconsider using ash and ember”

“Great product but could use better packaging due to its heavy weight. It (and UPS) pretty much destroyed it’s packaging while en route. There is very minor damage, but it doesn’t effect its performance in the least.”
