“Product is very robust and built well. Glad to see what is advertised is reality. Only constructive comment would be to improve the packaging used for shipment. When this product arrived, the cardboard box was almost fully destroyed and a couple of the grate ends were bent/damaged. Not a big issue but an area for improvement. Thanks again for the well built product that I expect will last well over 50 years!”

“I purchased 2 grade A teak chairs for my deck. Chairs arrived in short order and required just a few minutes to assemble. (Assembly was a very simple matter of hammering a few dowels into predrilled holes.) I am very pleased with the high quality of the wood and the overall chair.”

“The 36” wagon wheel fire gate that I ordered is exactly what I wanted. It’s super heavy duty (65 lbs) and looks amazing!”

“I liked a lot of things abou the interaction. The items arrived well-packed and the customer service individual was very polite. Initially, I was frustrated with the inability to order items on the website that were out of stock. My thought was that it would make sense to be able to order them and have the order filled when they were back in stock rather than having to constantly check the website for availability. It appears the company followed through with that approach as that is ultimately how my order was fulfilled. I appreciate that thoughtfulness and look forward to ordering additional products in the future. Thank you.”

“Excellent Experience! Quality of products could not be better! At all times I knew where they were at with respect to my order. Never experienced this to such a high level before. I will be ordering from this company again. Very Satisfied. The Order was delivered in a very reasonable time frame. Boxes were in good condition and no damage considering the weight of the product. Thank you.”

“Site was way to use. Shipping was quick. Quality product. Didn’t enjoy the process of removing the protective film that was on the fire pit I bought, but small inconvenience for keeping item in good condition throughout shipping.”
