“I ordered four Adirondack chairs. One arrived broken and ash & ember offered me a partial payment of less than $40. These chairs cost $349.00. The broken chair is unusable.”

“I was a little worried about ordering my fire pit, but it can within 5 days and it is 1/4 inch thick and well made. I haven't used it yet, but look forward to many fires and cook outs. Thanks”

“I had been looking for this old style device for cooking whole animals, particularly cabrito. I was really pleased with what I received as it is well built and will be long lasting, well thought-out for cooking technique, easy to assemble, and reasonably priced. It will certainly encourage me to look for more products from this organization. I am very impressed. Shipping was immediate and reasonably priced, as well.”

“my grill arrived with several spots on the hood that had been hand painted looked to be a black gloss paint with runs. I filled out a warranty claim and talked to customer service. I was offered an unacceptable solution and the problem is still unresolved.”
