“Even though I love my Titan, I am unable to close the lid when I use the top tier. Which is disappointing due to the fact where we live there are always sand storms in the desert and you absolutely cannot cook with the lid open unless you want to eat sand. Directions could have been better, finally found out what the small piece was for. Plus my grill came with damage on the top. Other than that it's not bad, will definitely use it again.”

“I recieved the wrong item , i ordered a spit rotisserie gril and recieved a 95 lb dumbbell and got an email saying they will se d me another one and when i called trying to change it the lady was rude saying NO you cand not change your order even if you want to pay the difference”

“We love our new bow back bench (5')! It is sturdy and well-made. In fact, it is sturdier than the Smith and Hawken bench that it is replacing after 20+ years. At first, I was worried about the minimal assembly directions, but having put together plenty of IKEA furniture, it was pretty easy. I needed a little help to hammer in a few of the pegs with a mallet, but it went together in less than an hour and looks great in our yard. I I would have bought matching chairs if they had been available. I've recommended Titan teak to a friend already. It is good quality and excellent value.”

“I was looking for a heavy-duty grate for a round firepit I'm building. I chose the 36" one from Titan. I was happy with the price, the (65+ pound!) item was delivered on time and in good condition. I haven't completed the project yet, so I can't report on actual usage, but I'm pleased with the materials and construction and certain that it will serve its' purpose for many years.”

“Titan fulfilled my order quickly. There was a shipping exception that caused a delay, and there was very little information about what the issue was, when it was resolved, and when the item might arrive. The delivery driver made up for all of this by helping me move the item to my backyard palapa.”
