“I received the grill after the third time because the first two packages were lost by FedEx. When I received the third grill, it was barely in the box. I am sure that the product is great and I will enjoy it but the packaging and shipping is an issue. I can see that after being handled three or four times by less than careful people the box is going to disintegrate. The grill needs more prtective insulation and better quality boxing.”

“The ordering process was extremely simple and straight forward. Even though this was a large item, we still received it within 1 week of our order. Assembly, if you could call it that, was one bolt attaching the base and it was the easiest item we have ever put together. The only negative was when I received the confirmation email it didn’t have an expected arrival date. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Simply love my new 30" Fire Grill. Easy to assemble (takes two to lift the firebox), and very well engineered. Cooked on it twice. Last night was a dinner designed by Argentine Chef Francis Mallmann - worked great and lots of fun! Excellent value and fantastic product.”

“very pleased with my new 40" wagon wheel firepit grate. Clearly, this will last a LONG time. I am glad I have a hand truck to move it to the firepit as it is HEAVY, as it should be!”
