“I purchased the roaster last May and just opened the box today which is a few days before my bday, and I found a small dent on the edge where the right leg has to be connected. No big deal because I was able to straighten/flatten the dent and the leg was connected with no problem. However, as my son and I were connecting the cover, we were missing 4 washers and 2 screws. So we had to put only 3 screws on each side. I have not used the pig roaster yet but I know the motor runs. I just hope that it will do its job when I put a whole pig of more than 50 lbs to roast on my bday next week. I also ordered additional forks last night just in case I have to roast whole chickens next month. I’m very excited to use the roaster and my son said that it’s a thousand times better than using our fire pit for roasting a whole pig. He does not have to carry all the firewood and wait for about almost an hour to get the fire ready. Thank you for this product. I’ll keep in touch.”

“Well the iron stake didn’t come and I haven’t received the refund promised. I still now have a useless grate with no stake, even if I do get refunded it’s still irritating, can I get some help on this? I know you guys have an iron stake for this laying around somewhere.”
