“Stick with apple care. This protection plan is a nightmare”

“Worst company. They lie about what they cover to keep you paying for the service through Verizon. Absolute worst company out there. They shuffle you around to other people until you get frustrated and hang up. If one of your home devices breaks just buy a new one because asurion will do their beat not to cover or they will charge you a ridiculous service fee that is about the same as buying a new tv.”

“Horrible experience with representatives Juliet and supervisor Kruston . They denied my claim die to serial number not readable so i removed it to make it readable and them denied for tampering with the serial number”

“If I could give a -5 review I would. Nothing but push back from the moment you contact them with a potential claim. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!”

“Asurion repeatedly tried to take funds out of my account after I closed my account with them. The first time, they said it was a mistake. This morning they tried again and I went to my bank to report it as fraud. They have the worst customer service and they love to gaslight. I had to have Verizon help me actually get someone on the phone because it won’t happen if you call yourself. I guess I’m going back to Allstate. Don’t use Asurion because if there’s a problem with them, it’s too difficult to resolve.”

“Ascurion will tell you they are refunding you for a product and then never send the check. I've called 4 times over 6 months, every time they say they are sending it and it never comes. Terrible scam”

“Terrible. Had to constantly call. Each call lasted almost 2 hours. For them to say they will review my claim. If you get an iPhone please get Apple Care instead. Now I'm stuck paying a deductible when I just wanted my phone to be fixed. 17 bucks a month for a terrible experience.”

“Absolute nightmare filing an ATT claim with them. They scheduled for a technician to come out and sent an email confirming the morning of and no one showed up. When I called they ran me around in circles to then say "oh the technician cancelled the claim because he didn't have the phone with him, would you like to start over?" Complete joke.”

“Assurion is a scam! Don't waste your $ and time. I have spent over 3 hours on phone calls in the past 2 weeks, only to discover my laptop cannot be repaired by U Break I Fix.”

“Do not purchase Asurian home plus. It is a total rip off. People are nice but support is aweful. We had this for $25 per month. Our 26 inch tv sparked and blew out. We processed our claim 3 times once because their rep put 25” on the form not 26 even though all the documentation showed 26. The delete all info each time. Next they said model# pic was unclear even though our copy wax very clear . At last all paperwork was cleared and they informed us there was a $99 fee…..seriously on a $120 tv???? Oh and would we like to purchase home insurance. We discontinued our coverage.”

“Terrible company. Employee who made my order lied to me saying it was free. Then laughed at me when i could not buy the extra stuff for his commission. Then I paid the 100 dollar deductible to order a new phone replacement. then put my phone on back order. terrible reliability. DONT TRUST THESE THIRD PARTY COMPANYS!”

“Terrible company!! I bought a extended warranty on washer and dryer from home Depot through them and have all the receipts and paper work and they say I don't have a matching phone number Wtf!!! I have my receipt!!?! Terrible”

“BEWARE!!! I had a damaged phone on my account with metro. I've been paying insurance on asurion for years, I do not recommend this, It is a scam. back & fourth asked the same questions over & over to discourage you. I just dropped the coverage. I said forget it. Very unprofessional and they are out to scam you out your money. BEWARE.”

“I am an 19 year old college student. Ausurion is an awful company, disconnected phone calls multiple times, charged me twice for 250 dollars when i was told id be charged one time. I was on the phone for a total of 10 hours between three days of trying to get my problem solved and it still wasn’t fixed. Terrible terrible business do not go to them. Also when waiting replacement phone the phone they sent me had damage on it when i received it.”

“Worst service ever. 1st replacement phone was defective. 2nd went to wrong address which I luckily found nearby. Tech coaches did not call back as promised. At one point I had no phone and had to drive 25 minutes each way to Verizon so they could turn it on. Coaches only wanted to sell me more insurance and kept selling no matter how many times I said no. First transfer was unsuccessful. Finally, on day 4, found a coach who helped me complete the process.”
