Horrible phone service I called and didn’t say a word yet. The guy started his script and didn’t even finish before he says “WHAT WAS THAT” “Hello?” And when I say I haven’t said anything for the third time he says “Okay?” And FREAKING HANGS UP ON ME! I go through the whole thing again and they let it ring and then silence!!!! They purposefully didn’t answer! WORST COMPANY EVER I HOPE YOU FIRE THAT JERK! I just wanted to freaking cancel my plan!

After paying the insurance for 3 years, my phone broke. I paid the additional $150 and was sent a refurbished phone that did not work. I called and complained they sent me another refurbished phone which again did not work. I am a senior living by myself and could not risk not having a phone. My children lent me money to buy a new phone. Asurian is not credible and i feel this was very diceiving.

I paid for the home service for 3 years. Valid claim with photos was submitted. Resubmitted photos multiple times. Denied coverage for an internal failure. Refused to even come assess the TV.

Pay the $20 a month for the last 3 years, never had a problem before. This time around they had the phone but not the color option I needed and with my job, my uniform needs to be black. She told me those were the two choices I had, I can leave the claim open and check in later, to see if a black one showed up, I could buy a case, I don't feel it should cost me more money on top of the deductible. I asked if there was any other option she said no. What a waste of of money to pay for insurance for the last 3 years, added it up, its ridiculous.

I have been using the service for a couple of years, I am so disappointed at the fact that they offered me to sell me the insurance making it seem like everything was so good that they would cover everything any damages , after paying for years I unfortunately had a little accident with my tv and they denied the service because they don’t cover any damages unless they are mechanical? Why did nobody ever explained that to me when they were selling the product? I tried talking on the phone to one of them and no solutions whatsoever also connected with a supervisor only thing is we won’t do the service. It just seems so frustrating and dumb to me that they wouldn’t explain this things prior to selling you their service instead they wait until something actually happens to let you know what’s covered and whatnot. It such a scam for their price , and be careful whenever you are thinking on joining, they won’t be specific and they will tell you what you want to hear.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. You have to answer all the questions twice on the automated system then you have to answer all the questions again once you finally get to a customer service agent. Answering any questions on the automated system is worthless.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional managers that do not provide solutions just stuck to scripts even if they are fault. Save your money! Not worth it !

Turned in my laptop on the 3rd of January for some cosmetic repairs and to fix the usb port. They said it would take less than a week but expect a week at the latest. Now it is the 30th and they have pushed back the finish time for the 4th time now, and there isn't even a expected date at this point. I called the customer service which was useless and they said that their leadership would put in a request expedite which will take 3 more days to even process the request. I believe they lost my laptop because the deadline to open other options (like replacement or refund) is next week, so they have just been leading me on for the last month just so they don't have to admit that they lost my laptop. I have been waiting for repairs on my laptop WHICH WORKS for a month and they won't tell me what's going on with it. They said the parts have arived as of the 27th (monday) but no technician has been assigned to it yet so it's just sitting there. I need my laptop for my work! Frustrating!

This service is nothing but a scam. I brought my boy's Nintendo switch to Ubreakifix in Santa Clara California in order to replace a broken ad card reader. They then sold me an Asurion subscription saying I would only pay for parts and nothing more. The issues started when they charged me $50 for the parts, but an ad card reader costs $10. I complained but still paid. Today when I went to retrieve the fixed switch, they charged me $65 more, saying it was a service fee. I end up paying $115 plus $30 for the subscription, same price it will cost me without Asurion. Plus canceling the subscription is a major headache. Don't fall for that scam as I did guys.

Worst experience ever, I have cricket as my phone carrier, someone from there transferred me to Asurion, worst day ever. The woman who filed my claim never processed my claim, she sent me a fedex scan code to ship my phone, I called to check up on my claim, another worker told me she didn’t see I had a claim and don’t understand why I shipped my phone , when clearly their name and phone number was on my fedex email. I had to hurry up and cancel my shipment before my phone was tossed out by cricket return because they didn’t have a claim for my phone , I have asked to speak to an supervisor no one yet has called me back and it’s going on three days.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a 3rd party warranty company. Opened my claim and once I shipped it with the shipping label provided they sent my package back to me twice with “return to sender” stamped on my shipping label before finally they said they received it after the third attempt. That took 3 weeks alone. The time it took for them to determine if my diagnostic scanner was repairable or not was very quick, I always give credit where credit is due. That being said I have only given 2 bad reviews in my life this being the second one. Sent me an email that they approved my refund and had sent off my check that day. Then the following day I received another email stating I need to follow this link to get my refund back on a gift card, so I called and they said it was a mistake and that the check was sent out and will be arriving in 7-10 business days. No tracking number provided either for a check that’s well over 2k. It’s been 19 business days and still nothing, and they said they can’t cancel that check and expedite me another check until it’s been 25business days. Not a care in the world from them, I run my own automotive diagnostic and repair business. To top it all off Ive only been able to accept about 30% of the work coming at this time without the proper diagnostic equipment needed to work on all these newer vehicle which require you to have tool just to perform basic maintenance and repairs. It is not only costing me money but it’s also making my company look very unprofessional and unprepared which in turn makes the customers lose what confidence and trust that they thought they had from a referral by one of my “word of mouth customers” customer service and customer satisfaction is so important in the success of a company it’s basic common sense and In just doing that alone has made me successful in my own business, but I guess it’s not the same business practice in a big insurance company. Sad that I even have to tell people my issues, just hoping that it may save someone the biggest headache for what should be one of the simplest processes offered but I do hope that someone do see this and doesn’t buy your “services” and unfortunately I can’t leave this review on your website nor google…. I wonder why…. I have to do it hear sense you’ve blocked every way possible for a real review to be shown on your platform and I’m not talking about the fake ones that every big company has all over their website and platforms. Thanks again and I will always make sure i alway never recommend your s***** a** company to anyone. 😊

I worked for Asurion for 22.9 years and they fired me stating I was not making my stats. Which is not true. 2 weeks prior I had went to HR regarding discrimination and 2 weeks later I was fired. I should have filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. If you are looking to work here a long time- watch out. There is no future there and they will replace you at the drop of a hat.
