The process was relatively seamless, although it was initially confusing as I thought I'd signed up with a different provider.

Very competitive price, however, if you want to avoid an extra call centre admin charge of approx £15 , pay online, don't call them to pay!

Cheapest with lower excess. I wish that Insurance companies could share information so one didn't have to prove your no claims years. I didn't see the email requesting this until the last minute as I had been away. Or, perhaps, ask for it at the time of choosing the insurance. Not much notice given of requiring this. It is holiday season, after all. And the tone quite threatening about cancelling the insurance if not received by the rather short deadline.

In terms of the no claims bonus, we don't have access to an industry-wide database to share this information at the moment, although we do hope to have something available in the future. Autonet are an insurance broker and some of the insurers that we work with request that we obtain this information within set deadlines. Asking for a review just after purchase of car insurance in exchange of chance of winning iPad seems like try to bias the reviews of people who give genuine reviews.

Can only give a normal because as of yet and hopefully it continues as such I haven't had to make a claim which is where most of the stars would be earnt or lost.

Just as it should be, if I had experienced any problems believe me they would be here, for the world to read. The real test of course is when a claim is made, until then we don't really know the true worth of any company. I hope we don't have to find out.

I was happy with the service provided until the requests for extra information started coming in, such as details of no claims bonus and the inadequacy of the DVLA driver's check code, necessitating a scan of the front of the driving licence. I prefer to know up front what is required, rather than a piecemeal approach. Such an approach indicates to me that you don't know what you are doing until you have to do it!

Some of the insurers that we work with do request extra information, such as copies of driving licences. This helps us to work with the insurers and reduce fraud across the industry. When you took your policy out, we requested the copies of driving licence. I can confirm that we now have all the details that we require. Kind regards Nicola

Very helpful. But the amount I was charged to transfer my policy from my old car to my new one, was astronomical!!!!! Would have moved companies, but the cancellation fee was more to do this!!!! Will move next year. I insure 3 vehicles with them too!!!!

Took out home insurance through a price comparison website.Autonet were the cheapest.

One of the cheapest. However Communication poor ~ email received to advise bank details not set up and to provide to prevent cancelation. The direct debit email address bounced back. The support email address was never answered, the telephone lines were never open when I read my emails. Another email and letter received re cancelation, replied via email support, no response, eventually got through on the phone and everything was ok, they had set up my bank details? Would have been nice for an acknowledgement, or a phone call initially. Not sure how communication would be if needed to claim.

Takes way to long to renew over the phone - he to go over the whole lot of same questions 3 times . Very frusting . Have been with this company for a few years and won't be renewing again
