After 7 attempts at processing and the pricing increasing each time with a overall increase of £84 I was able to successfully purchase my policy.

The information included in these quotes contained different information, which is why different prices were offered. I found autonet using a search engine for my car insurance. I had an internal server error when making the payment. I called next day to see if the insurance application has been received and the customer service agent advised this has not gone through. The customer service agent advised she could do book it for me, which I agreed. The cost raised £15 more, customer service agent fees... Was no.t expecting that..

I have no reason to be unhappy with Autonet in regards to insurance although the website could be improved, I renewed insurance yesterday and got all the way through to the payment screen and read secure transction ' no need to verify further' and then page error. I couldn't get to find out if my renewal was successful or not. No emails or payment out of my bank today, no telephone answer and so I have renewed again this evening. Just hope I'm not insured twice!

Already have home insurance. Got quote on line for motor and telephoned to purchase only to be told there was a fee of £15 to do it by phone. I decided to renew on line which was quite confusing. Once completed I clicked the prompted chat option to upload my proof of no claims which asked for Autonet Ins reference and when I proceeded to enter this it wouldn't allow me to do it. I suppose I will have to send it now?!! Won't really know if they are any good until the need to claim arises, fingers crossed it never does!!! Home insurance was a lot easier!!

It's cheap, but beware if you do everything online they make it difficult to access documents. The Live Chat is very slow, and doing things through the call centre costs £15. In a way I wish I'd paid for the £5 document fee.

This is not applicable if you purchase online. We do not charge for enquiries made over the phone though. good service but for my premium to increase by 50% with having a claim free year and gaining no claims bonus was disappointing

After the policy was purchased, an additional claim was added on. We wrote to you to advise of this and we then needed to wait for the additional payment before the documents were released. I believe this was processed as soon as you contacted us with the additional premium and that you now have everything you require. However, if we can be of any further assistance, please let us know. Had a few hiccups getting documents that were required and difficulty using a search engine to add all relevant information. Only been insured for a few weeks so a little early to comment. Deal however was good when comparing car insurance

The on-line experience was good, but trying to renew a policy over the phone was really NOT very good at all!. Your staff claim that someone will call back but this is very hit and miss and not convenient. And that is after hanging on the phone for an adviser for ages. I found it easier to just start from scratch on-line, so am probably NOT getting the best deal But need to sort the insurance NOW!. At least proving my no claims should be easy as you have all the details on last years policy.
