“it would help very much to explain to new customers, that they can use their cards to take out their new policies when they choose to buy on the buy now page and not have to ring your office number and be told an admin charge of £15 will be made to fill in the form over the telephone. as they have done all the filling in of the form ,a note to proceed with card details would be of great help.speeding the process up.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. If policies are bought via the call centre, a £15 admin charge is applied. This is done to cover costs incurred to Autonet and gives customers the peace of mind of having spoken to an adviser. Polices can be purchased via the internet without the charge applied. “I wouldn't say that they made me happy at all. Renewing any sort of insurance is a nightmare to me in that it seems impossible to compare companies in a like to like manner. It would be really helpful if it were possible to state the components of the insurance that one wishes to obtain e.g. protection of passengers in the event of an incident, how much personal accident one is insured for.”

“I would have been happier if my original premium had been reinstated when I provided the evidence required to confirm the accident on my policy was not mine, instead I have been charged the admin charges I assume for correcting this through no fault of my own.”
