“If you need to return an item be prepared to have to pay for the delivery back to them and then have them take over £8 off your refund for the return. No reply’s through email either.”

“I would put zero if I could. This is an awful company to deal with for online shopping. I ordered a longline gilet, I checked the sizing online. The item came and it was too small & not the size indicated, they have sizing issues for starters. Then, they charge you for delivery, which matches other online retailers, BUT they charge you for shipping back at quite a cost via the post office AND for shipping another item to replace, should you choose to order another size ( which, of course, I didn't) I have spent almost £10 in shipping and have no item of clothing !!! It's not the way other retailers do it. When I approached customer services, they regurgitate the same message and showed no customer care whatsoever. Please don't buy from them or you just may be well out of pocket like me.”

“Ordered a new coat for my wife for Christmas- arrived damaged (this happens, so no major drama). Ordered her another one so it didn't go out of stock while the other one goes back and its got exactly the same damage! They are then claiming itll take between 14 and 21 days to refund me. AVOID!”

“Do not order from this company. What a rip off it cost £12 to return one item that was genuinely too big for my daughter. It hadn't been worn and was returned in perfect condition it is absolutely disgusting will never order from them again.”

“Wish I'd have read the reviews before i made a purchased, like everyone is saying to send your item back at such a highly cost is an absolute joke, i ordered a dress and its nothing like the video i seen on tik tok, was to short in length and im only 5ft 2, the sleeves are way to long and the material is so cheap looking, as its not any fault of my own so why is it costing £14 to return.my first and last time I will order anything from this robbing company should be ashamed!!!!!”

“This is the worst experience ever dont buy from them I returned to jumpsuits over 14 days they have still not processed my refund instead they have asked me to describe what I returned what items , postal label which I sent , now they want a receipt which I didn’t get as I downloaded the label I have had to send about 8 emails and still not had my refund they are con artists”

“I ordered a coat the material was cheap and not nice so i returned it. I was charged £4.50 for delivery to me then they deducted £9.50 from my refund to send it back so nearly double the postage for the return that doesnt make sense. So a total of £14 in postage costs i will never order from this company again.”

“Item wasn't right for me which happens when ordering online so not complaining about that. However return cost is ridiculous - more than the delivery charge. 3.95 delivery and 4.95 return! I've had some lovely items from them so never had to return previously. This was a shock compared to every other online company I use! I won't buy again due to this”

“Sent my dress back in september. Still waiting for reply. You said you would sort it out. I have got £48 coming from klarna today. If i knew this I would of kept the dress and sell it myself. Very bad service!!!!!! Dont you know times are very hard bow. Wont be buying from this website again!!!”

“£4 delivery costs, £4.65 return costs then they took £10 off my refund amount without any explanation. The pleasure of trying a dress on cost me £19.65 🤷‍♀️ Could have bought another dress with that. Customer service non existent so good luck to anyone who dares use AX Paris.”

“I don't recommend ordering from AX paris, I certainly won't be any more. Regards returns, their website says "original delivery fees cover the cost of the return service" so I ordered with this in mind. Not only were all the items I brought completely creased beyond words, they also charged me more in addition to my delivery charge to return the items. Their customer service is shocking, they don't acknowledge that this quotation is misleading to customers. Will avoid ever ordering again and dont recommend them!”

“I couldn’t send my item back because I took off the ribbon tag!! Which I felt I needed to in order to try on! Dress is horrible and cheap looking and well overpriced ! Disgusting service shall try selling on eBay! Deleted app will never buy from them again!!”

“Disgraceful returns policy for such a large company. Deceitful and underhanded when it comes to returns. They charge for delivery then they also charge for returns AND to top it all off they then charge an EXTRA £2.50 for processing fee!!! So all in all to order and return an item costs you about £11 ! Shocked and horrified that a company in 2022 can get away with this sort of manipulation of extracting money from its customers. Before ordering from AX Paris, seriously consider whether the purchase is worth your money or not as a large chunk of this if you decide to return is lost.....into their pockets ! They state on their website that a full refund will be issued within the 14 days window for returns.....they FAIL to mention in the same paragraph about a returns fee AND a processing fee, this is only mentioned further down on their pages website ....which to be honest is a bit of a confusing way of stating something that could easily be said in 2 lines, ie.......if you return your item you lose your delivery fee ( £3.95), you incare a returns postage of £4.95 and you also incare a £2.50 processing fee for handling your return .....straight forward to the point but no they manipulate you into thinking you will just lose your delivery fee and will receive a full refund on your item.....a dishonest company that I will never use again. Things are expensive enough without an abhorant company stealing YOUR money !”
