“Everything through BP has been amazing. I got my initial order with my pump SO fast. The reminder emails for bags and parts have been so helpful to my forgetful brain. The other day I went to renew and selected the Medela bags, but made a comment about wishing they carried Lansinoh, and they shipped me Lansinoh!! Which didn’t even pop up as an option for me originally. Thank you for making my breastfeeding/pumping experience that much easier. One less thing to worry about.”

“I’ve been using Baby Pavilion for 3 years and two babies worth of pumping. They are always fantastic. They are responsive CJ email and phone and ship immediately. I recommend them to every mom, but especially my fellow military moms.”

“I had a bad experience with them. The first pump we order, one side can't pump the milk. And a month after we order another one but They sent me a wrong item and I tried many times to call them but no one picked up the phone. Last time when i am lucky to talk to someone over the phone and he promised to send me the return label, till now i don't have it... i am feeling bad.😧😧😧🥸”

“Had some issues with receiving emails, but After calling customer service everything went smoothly. Pump arrived very shortly after I submitted all of my paperwork and paid for my upgrade. They even sent follow up emails just to verify I received my pump after the small hiccup I had.”

“10/5 stars for initial ordering of the pump and other needs, I've already recommended to several service members and will continue to do so....that said... 2.5/5 on the follow-up of storage bags every 30 days. I understand we have to put in a new order ourselves every 30 days and it's not automatic...lame...but I get it because its not Baby Pavillion's fault (pretty sure). HOWEVER, I put in my order on day 30, it took 7 days to process, and now its been over a week from then (2 weeks from 30 days) and they still haven't arrived. I ran out of bags 9 days ago now and had to buy some on Amazon. If ordering before day 30 isn't possible, investing in quick turnarounds for (processing and shipping) is necessary. Especially for those using the Kiinde system.”
