Unfortunately every time my ordered is delivered is it missing items from the additional prescriptions I have attached.

I've provided prescription for additional storage bags that was given to me by Dr. And they have yet to provide the additional bags when given the copy of the prescription for 3 months now

I ordered mine like 10 days ago and havent recieved anything yet. my baby is 11 days old now. not sure how to rate when i dont have the item.

Although baby pavilion was easy to use. They send a complimentary kindle starter pack with bags, however, I am having twin girls and asked for a 2nd starter pack so I could have 2 bottles, one for each of my girls, and they said no since it’s not covered under tricare and simply complimentary. I understand, however, you couldn’t send a 2nd “complimentary” starter pack for my 2nd girl.

Ordered pump July 24th. Not getting it until August 12th. Baby came August 1st. Poor shipping time. I was told by my provider that women were getting theirs in one week after ordering.

I am not a fan of this company at all. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Customer service representatives are poorly trained and give false information. Their monthly reminder only worked for a few months, then they didn’t send all the supplies that were needed even though the insurance company said I could have them and then the last package they sent was lost and they didn’t care to assist me in anyway.

There was a problem with my order and they did nothing to fix it. The solution was just to correct on my next order.

Still haven’t received my package on Tuesday and now It said Thursday then I’ll ending on the list it also said it come with more bottles and bag and other things but you sow yours only send the pump and bags.

This is my first time to get a breastpump through my insurance which is Tricare. I have a lot of options but I chose baby pavilion because they offered more freebies that I can try. And I was so impressed, it was very quick. I had a confirmation the same day that I ordered then they shipped it in 3 days. I received my breastpump with my freebies after more or less 10 days which is very reasonable because we live in Alaska. I will definitely recommed baby pavilion to other moms ❤

I did not have the chance to choose the right size of the pump funnel as compare to my previous company but this time I wanted to get my pump from Baby Pavilion from videos I did watch.

One of the reviews with 5 starts was me. I started ordering from Baby Pavilion in September 2019 and I loved them. All until now. I received an email stating that as Tricare is not paying shipping costs I am not able to receive anymore monthly supplies. Even though I receive emails from them every day almost saying it’s time to reorder. I understand it’s hurting your business but I am not in fault for that. I didn’t receive any warning so now on top all the mom worries and how breastfeeding and pumping is not easy I need to worry about this. Still trying to find a solution since no other company can supply me since I didn’t get a breastpump with them. Tried to asked for help from Baby Pavilion customer service and didn’t receive it. So, moms everywhere, be aware that you might need to worry about this during your breastfeeding journey.

Stacy and Jalen are of no help. I’ve received very poor service and both associates simply stated there was “nothing they could do”. I’m am dissatisfied and this is not the first time having issues.
