“Haven’t even recieved my order yet in the time it said I would have it. Use a different Shipping Carrier Fed Ex is unreliable and they don’t even have a delivery date for my Breast Pump. Way to stress a expecting mom out even more!”

“My pump shipped a week ago via FedEx and is lost in transit. It went from guaranteed delivery of 5/23/21 to sitting in Indianapolis for several days with no delivery date in sight - and despite multiple emails to Stacy in customer service I cannot get another one shipped. Since this was covered by my insurance, I am now going to have to deal with them which is another headache to cover a hospital rental until Baby Pavilion sees fit to send a replacement.”

“This company is a fraud. The president of the company told me on a phone conversation that he pays for reviews. That is why this site has a 4.9 rating. The customer experience is not accurately reflected by the reviews on this site. I encourage interested customers to look up the parent company and see how their reviews fair. That would be a more accurate representation.”

“Filled my prescription for my breastpump in December it's now February and I not been able to order more milk storage bags and I have a serious over supply issue so even though I have a prescription I've only received the initial bags that came when I ordered my pump.”

“Shipping to APO takes 1-2 months. I’ve been using regardless but now APO isn’t an even an option. Instead of fixing the shipping issue Baby Pavillion just stops shipping. 10/10 will not recommend to any friends/family.”

“Although baby pavilion was easy to use. They send a complimentary kindle starter pack with bags, however, I am having twin girls and asked for a 2nd starter pack so I could have 2 bottles, one for each of my girls, and they said no since it’s not covered under tricare and simply complimentary. I understand, however, you couldn’t send a 2nd “complimentary” starter pack for my 2nd girl.”
