I've submitted my order over 4 weeks ago. My doctor's office sent Baby Pavilion my prescription twice but my order never progressed. Once I obtained my prescription, sent it to a representative, my order was finally shipped after weeks of waiting for it to be processed. Now my package is 5 days late with no update on arrival. Still have NOT to receive my breast pump I ordered about 5 weeks ago.

This is my first baby so I was hoping to have a pretty quick and easy experience with baby pavilion since they were recommended by my doctor. I ordered the Cimilre S6+ pump and the Kiinde Twist Pouches. Submitting my prescription and everything was easy and the items shipped fast however, once the items were delivered they included the wrong pump and my breast milk storage bags were missing so my order was completely wrong. I hope this is able to be resolved quickly as I am due any day now.

I placed my order on 4Aug. It is now 12Aug and according to the tracking it hasn’t even shipped yet. It hurts me to write a bad review because my first experience was so amazing but no this time around. I have been patiently waiting this items that I DESPERATELY need just to have to go out and purchase them because I still haven’t received my order. I hope I can receive it soon and my outlook on the company can be restored. Very disappointed.

If you live in Hawaii, I HIGHLY recommend NOT using Baby Pavilion! It’s been over a month and I still do not have a pump, nor any answers other than it’s on its way. Customer service has not been the best. I will be delivering in 6 days with no pump in sight!

I think its important to highlight that you dont process orders on weekends. For example if i am eligible on friday, you wont process until Monday. And then from there i have to wait on shipping, which takes multiple days. Not over night or not even 2 day shipping. This pushes the date of fulfillment back each month.

I haven’t even gotten it yet for this month and it was shipped out a week ago today. The FedEx tracking claimed the schedule delivery dated is today but the actual tracking doesn’t have an update since yesterday when it left Dallas Texas.

I've never dealt with a company that provided the bare minimum of what I could get. I wish I had went with a different company, like Heartsail...

They tried to process my order wrong stating that the pump wasn't covered. Then when I asked to cancel my order because the wrong pump was ordered they said that it could not be canceled or changed. They changed my order without confirming with me after I requested the pump order to be cancelef. They also do not pay for returns and expect me to pay to return it.

Shipping is taking too long. Have not received my order after 16 days and it doesn’t look like it will be here anytime soon. Costumer service hasn’t been much help.

I had such a bad experience with Baby Pavilion. I was hooked on going with you guys to get my pump because you offer the elvie. When I placed my order and made the payment I was told that I would receive my pump at the beginning of June. I placed my order mid-May. The person I've been in contact (through email) Stacy, was very nice till I made the payment after that every time I asked for un update on my order she will ignore me or sent me a yes/no answer to the emails I sent. I gave birth June 19th and still did not have my pump. I emailed her telling her I wanted to order the pump through a different provider because I needed to start pumping and wanted to cancel my order and a refund that's when finally she was able to confirm my pump was gonna ship. I got my pump July 3rd. I understand maybe it was out of her hands but there was no empathy, no apology, no acknowledgement of how this was affecting me and my baby. The only thing she care about was the sale. I even asked about the kiinde pack because I wanted to hand express and freeze it but she said that everything had to be shipped at the same time The amount of colostrum I had to hand express and dump is ridiculous and not worth waiting for this company to get me the luxury pump, I wished I would have gone with a regular pump just so that I could have that colostrum to give my baby.

They sent me a different brand of breast milk bags than I ordered. They did not contact me about this change or make me aware that I wouldn’t get what I ordered
