“Amazing service! Highly recommend! Easy to order my pump, accepts Tricare, delivery was fast and customer service was great! Also, love getting the automatic emails when it's time to reorder milk storage bags and parts!”

“I haven’t even gotten it yet for this month and it was shipped out a week ago today. The FedEx tracking claimed the schedule delivery dated is today but the actual tracking doesn’t have an update since yesterday when it left Dallas Texas.”

“I found this company when researching pumps covered by insurance! I called and they picked up the phone! What company still has someone answer?? They walked me through everything I needed to do! They also informed me on what else I was eligible for. Every month they send me a reminder to request supplies! I have been nursing (pumping while at work) for 13 months. I only have great things to say about this company and every interaction I have had for the past 18 months! I recommend them to everyone I know!”

“I have used baby pavilion in the past with my other pregnancies and I even suggested my sister use it and she loved it. Everything is super easy and simple. You pick your pump, upload you prescription, and fill out your info. Doesn't get much simpler than that. They even made me aware of other items they offer that is covered by my insurance and they are very responsive. Highly recommend. This will be my last pregnancy but I will definitely pass their info on to other spouses.”

“Takes the guesswork out of order supplies! Baby Pavilion made the pump ordering process super easy. I had my first baby while I was over in England and ordered my pump through another website. The process was relatively simple but I still had some issues with reordering supplies and didn’t know what I was allowed to order. Fast forward to this kiddo, I used Baby Pavilion and the whole process was way more simplified. I uploaded my prescription, picked out my pump and accessories, then forwarded it to them to do the leg work! I especially like the reminders to order resupplies of storage bags and replacement parts (I’m logistics by trade so this makes me super happy!). If we decide to have another kiddo I’ll DEFINITELY use Baby Pavilion again!”

“I appreciate the quick and friendly replies via email when I had questions. I’d like to see the option to select AP for the state for the military overseas location on the online order form. Right now I have to type my address again in the notes section. Also, my pump took over 2 months to arrive while I’m told from other military moms here they ordered with other providers and received theirs within 2 weeks, so I do not hear other military moms recommend BabyPavilion simply because the ship time is longer. I do like having the option to receive kiinde bags since that is the bottle I will use for my baby when I return to work. Thank you!”
