“My experience so far with Baby Pavilion has been nothing short of positive and easy! I'm always wary of online services, however, the individuals I have had the chance to engage with from this company have been very helpful! Service was fast, communication was easy and my supplies came in the mail in a very timely manner! Over all I'm so so pleased and glad I chose them!”

“Firstly, the customer service is exceptional. I sent an email with my prescription from insurance and was emailed back the next business day (Monday) early in the morning and I was in contact with that rep back to back until I was satisfied and my order was complete. By noon that same day, my order was shipped out and I received it that Thursday. Usually contact through email takes forever but it was so fast and constant it seemed like we were texting. Also, the rep was very helpful/patient in making sure I knew my options and was definite on my decision. I appreciate that because I am indecisive. Thank you.”

“Our baby decided to make an early surprise entrance and ended up needing a little extra help in the NICU. I was worried about getting a pump quickly, so the lactation consultant suggested baby pavilion. My pump arrived the day after we ordered! Could not recommend enough”

“Ordering with Baby Pavilion is a very easy process and the order forms/prescriptions are provided so that you can just bring it to your Ob-Gyn for signature. They also email you a reminder so that you will not forget to order your supplies. Finally, all of their customer service representatives are always helpful and very friendly. I definitely recommend this company!”
