Baby Pavilion is convenient and orders arrive relatively quickly. I am, however, disappointed that the reorder form changed and I can no longer place an order for 10 boxes of the 6oz Kiinde pouches..I can only order 4 at a time, which is a pain to have to order so much more often. I'm a busy 1st time mom who works, manages our home, finances, and everything else... so the less ordering of pump bags the better. I don't know why things changed suddenly..but I wish they'd allow you to buy a longer lasting supply again. This is my only complaint though.

Hi Stephanie! Thank you so much for leaving us a review. Tricare recently changed their breast pump and breast pump accessories coverage policy. According to the new policy, Tricare members are only allowed 90 milk bags per 30 days along with a set of valves per month. Therefore, in order to adapt to those changes, we had to limit the quantity of the bags you can receive on the reorder form. We understand that these new changes with Tricare can be frustrating, but please rest assured that our team at Baby Pavilion is working hard to ensure that you are able to take full advantage of your benefits. After getting my prescription, using baby pavilion was fairly easy. It's frustrating that Tricare changed their policy regarding breast pumps and supplies, but baby pavilion is trying to help us mothers stuck in the lurch. One issue I have is that despite giving my flange size which is non-standard, I was still sent the standard sizes. That is a waste of money and resources and practices like that may result in Tricare being even more restrictive. That's about $40-$50 in parts/supplies I can't use.

Hi Kathleen! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. The standard flanges that you received come packaged inside your breast pump box, and we cannot open the box and/or exchange any items within that box, and bill those separately. However, you are eligible to receive an additional set of flanges after the birth of your baby according to Tricare. The request was very concise. Delivery was very quick. My only issue was the confirmation email wording on the last paragraph that stated "Please let me know how you would like to proceed with your order...." based on my request to ship my pump, the email implied to me that I had another step. I didn't understand the intent of line, if I placed my order already.

Really easy to order with the prescription online. They took care of everything including contacting the doctor for clarification. Kept me posted on what was happening and had wonderful friendly customer service reps that contacted me

I used baby pavilion for previous pregnancy and it was a much smoother process than last time. I love the products and that they use my insurance for it. They customer service is always great and friendly. Just wish the process wasn’t so difficult with TRICARE.

I would say 5/5 except for this pregnancy It has been less convenient. After getting my breast script from my OB provider and mailing it in, it wasn’t specific enough according to BPavilion and I needed to use their form and get another prescription. Getting another appointment with Navy OBs isn’t the easiest so I had to wait until my next apt which was anxiety provoking since i wasn’t prepared with a pump. NOW that script says i can only receive 80-90 twist kiinde storage bags... and I have to call baby pavilion every 3.5 weeks to ask for another shipment. I have a lot of milk and of course I have been using about 100 bags a month. This experience has been more annoying this pregnancy 2019 than in my 2016 pregnancy. Overall everyone is friendly and assists me, but the monthly phone calls are a bit much.

Everything was really good. The person I’d talk to on the phone though seemed a bit irritated every time we’d talk. She was polite just seemed irritated or annoyed.

Quick delivery. I just don’t like that there needs to be a signature upon delivery. I cannot be at home to sign because I am an active duty soldier..

Update: I was promptly contacted by Baby Pavilion to address issues with my order. My orders errors were corrected and I received my correct pump parts. First, I received the incorrect order (someone else's name and information on the packing slip, and mine in their package). When I was contacted to correct this, I was asked if baby pavilion could bill my insurance for the incorrect order, in addition to my proper order. I said no, as it was not the correct parts. I was told I would be sent my proper order, minus the overlap between what I received. I did not receive the quantity of flange sets that I ordered/were billed to my insurance.
