“Baby Pavilion makes getting a pump so easy! I just ordered my replacement parts and this process was even easier. They sent me a reminder email, had me fill out a short, simple, and to the point page, then they sent me a confirmation. A day later I got the email that my replacement parts were on the way to my home. Thank you Baby Pavilion!”

“I've had a pretty good overall experience with Baby Pavillion. My onlybreasonnfor not giving 5 stars is that I had some difficulties printing out the prescription order form to give to my OB initially. But since then, things have been really smooth sailing. I like that they give reminders for reordering milk bags so that I dont run out. And they have a large variety of products available, which is especially nice. And I'm glad that they work so well with tricare insurance! Overall I would definitely recommend”

“I used to use a different website to order my breast milk bags, then they stopped allowing women to reorder bags. I heard Baby Pavilion was a great website, and they didn't lie! After putting in my refill, someone called me and asked me how my experience was and helped me with any questions I had! Great service and quick shipping!!!”

“This was the quickest and easiest process! I had been shopping around for weeks trying to find a supplier that accepted Tricare Prime when I stumbled on this website. They had the pump I wanted (Spectra2) and offered it with a breast pump tote and milk cooler at no additional charge. They were also very well-educated on what Tricare covers, and they honor all current coverage options, including suppling up to 90 milk storages a month! This company also offers Kiinde bags, and that is a game changer for me! They even offered to send me an initial supply of the Kiinde bags (and adapter starter kit so I can pump directly into the bags) before my monthly shipment started at no additional cost! All I did was submit my info and pump Rx online, and they processed the rest. It two business days to receive everything. It was such an easy and pleasant experience! Thank you Baby Pavilion!”
