“This is such a user friendly site! After looking at other tricare covered sites this looked like the best one. I was able to type in all my insurance info and submit for approval. I got approved the very next day and they shipped the pump, accessories a freebie starter kit soon after that! The process took only a few days. I was very impressed. Super stress-free! I'm looking forward to the reminder emails that they will send once our little one is born to receive the milk storage bags monthly!”

“Baby Pavilion has the most seamless process of ordering a breast pump and supplies. With very simple and user friendly instructions, it was quick and easy even during the chaotic immediate postpartum time to get what I needed. They send a reminder email a few weeks in making it easy to re-order supplies which I wouldn’t have known I could do through insurance without them. I also used the 24 hour lactation consultant hotline and was very helpful!”

“At first I was happy with how quickly Baby Pavilion got my pump out after I submitted my prescription for my pump. When it came time to get my accessories again after a month and ordering ALL of the included items (bags + flange kit) they only shipped the bags. I had to call to have my order filled. No one answered the phones so I had to leave a voicemail. I then received an email the following Monday that they would ship them. I’m not sure why it wasn’t filled like that bags were but it was kind of an inconvenience since my duckbills were worn.”
