“Superb customer service! Makes it super easy. I simply wrote that I needed help with something on an order form and someone reached out to me the next day! I honestly didn’t expect to her from anyone. She followed up with me twice!”

“They’re amazing, quick response and delivery. Baby pavilion was recommended by other moms and so I decided to give it a shot. Totally love them already! They have free lactation services, which I didn’t have access to when I had my first baby, didn’t have baby pavilion either (9 years ago). Haven’t used the lactation services yet, but looking forward to it! Having to relearn about having a baby is taunting so I think it’s great they provide that with fast and EASY product delivery. I like that they give you the option to just send in the breast pump prescription or print their sheet out for doctors to fax or email to them.”

“My package came in super quick and the process was so easy to do. It took only a few days to receive my products. The products I received are great too. I got the spectra s1 breast pump with milk storage bags. Can’t wait to use them and see how it all works.”

“I used Baby Pavilion back in 2017 with my daughter and was so happy to receive a huge box of ordered supplies perfectly packaged. However, with this pregnancy, I chose to upgrade to a different pump. It didn't list the invoice price and just redirected me to a confirmation of an order. After I called to inquire of the price, I was encouraged to go with a different pump. When I chose one totally covered by my insurance, there were parts listed on the website description of the pump that were not included. We were also shorted the amount of storage bags billed to the insurance and told they would “work it out with insurance” and not fulfill the total order. I used to recommend this website to friends, but don’t think I will after this experience.”
