“If you have Tricare, this is the company to work with! I am absolutely blown away by the kindness I experienced when speaking to the owner of the company. He was very understanding and got me taken care of within minutes. My supplies were shipped out that same day. As an active duty mama, I HIGHLY recommend Baby Pavilion!”

“I had some issues when I first summited my order and for some reason it didn’t go through. Customer service was not the best at helping me figure out why, they claimed it was my insurance. So I re-summited my order a second time and everything was fine. So I am not sure what happened! Then I had to reach back out to customer service a second time due to my order not showing up, the woman who I spoke to then was great! I received my order today and I got a bunch of extra goodies that I didn’t even know I was receiving. Other than the mix up in the beginning, I would highly recommend Baby Pavilion!”

“Recommended by my doctor's office as a TRICARE Prime Breast Pump Supplier. Was able to get the Elvie pump and pay the remaining out of pocket cost. Super responsive customer support. Once I paid the remaining balance not covered by TRICARE, my pump was shipped within 12 hours, and arrived within 48 hours, one of those days was a federal holiday. Great selection. Quick uncomplicated service.”

“Just wow! The owner Mr. Randy Paulson was a life saver! While other Tricare approved companies were sending non-compatible Kiinde bags/connectors, he does, and made up for what the other companies couldn’t! Thank you for caring more about the customers than the end payout through insurances. I will continue to pass on your info. to other Tricare mommas, as well as out Tricare referral office. Thank you, thank you!”
