“I will continue to use Baby Pavilion to order my supplies. Customer service is outstanding and always has quick responses. They even reached out to me when I tried to order a breast pump that was not fully covered under my insurance to make sure that was the selection I wanted to make. I love how they email me to remind me to order my supplies every 90 days. One less thing I have to remember as a new mom! Highly recommend this company!”

“I used Baby Pavilion for my first baby and it was so easy to order products and they always sent the milk storage bags on time. I pumped at work until my first was 1, and this company definitely helped with that. I’m pregnant with my second now, and so of course I came back to the company. I’m in my third trimester and just got my pump! I wanted one with an upgrade and it was easy to pay the difference.”

“Baby Pavilion has made it extremely easy not only to get my breast pump through insurance but also the properly fitted flanges instead of the “standard” size! They send me a reminder every month to check and see if I need to submit for more milk storage bags and it has been a great experience overall!”

“This is a great service. I was getting the DD form ready to submit to Tricare with my prescription from MD when I heard about this website! Filled their short form out and within 2 weeks I had a pump of my choice and storage bags at my house for free! So much easier than being reimbursed by tricare.”

“So glad I found out about Baby Pavilion! The online registration process was so easy & they handled everything regarding insurance. I just picked which pump I wanted & it was as simple as that. It took about one day for my order to process, then another week for items to ship. I received FedEx updates too, so could track easily track my package. Great experience overall!”
