“First off, what online company now a day has someone actually answer the phone when you call!! This one! When I was getting my account set up they walked me through everything and answered all my questions! It was so easy I provided them my insurance information and since then I have been able to log on order my supplies without issues! I have been nursing/pumping for nearly 20 months and received my pump while pregnant! I simply have only the best things to say about this company I have been doing business with for 2 years! I share their site with anyone and everyone from strangers to friends and family! Great company!”

“Received pump quickly. Had to contact customer service to update order (my mistake I made while placing the order). They were great. They fixed the order and sent out the pump that day. Received pump within a couple days. I get email reminders to order replacement parts and bags. This is my second time ordering from them. Both times I couldn’t be happier.”

“Amazing customer service and kind representatives. I was a little disappointed to learn that they no longer provide bag subscriptions unless you purchase your pump through them. Regardless, they were very helpful in explaining this to me and following up with me.”

“I've been so pleased to find Baby Pavilion. They've been helpful in facilitating goods that Tricare is willing to cover, but they've also been instrumental in letting me know what those goods are. Items I've ordered have been shipped quickly and free of charge, and I'm looking forward to having a resource for a free supply of storage bags and extra parts post delivery.”

“Once I got my script I talked with a representative for baby pavilion to make sure my script was correct since I wanted the kiinde storage bags with my pump. They were super fast and nice. I ordered my pump and storage bags and it shipped really fast. Customer service was on point and so was the service! Highly, highly recommend baby pavilion to any expecting mom with Tricare. Plus the options of pumps (standard and upgraded), parts, and storage bags do not compare to some other sites I was looking at.”

“It was quick and easy to order parts and they got delivered fast. My only issue was that the replacement pump set I got is not compatible with the pump parts I already had. They work with the actual pump machine but I can’t interchange the pieces from the two sets like I wanted to. I don’t know why they are two different types of parts since I ordered them both through here. Everything is still usable but it would be nice if they were all compatible with each other. Besides that everything on the website was easy to use and quick to ship out”

“I love Baby Pavilion. This is my 3rd baby and I've used Baby Pavilion for all 3 kids. They're online ordering system is super easy to use both for your initial pump and milk bags, as well are monthly orders for additional supplies! They have a great selection, I went with the blue Spectra for my pump. I filled out my order form late at night, and my order was processed, approved, AND shipped the next day.”

“This site was SO easy to use! I’m a first time mom and have no clue what I’m doing, but the way this was set up made it so easy to get my pump! I wasn’t aware you needed a prescription to get one at first, so the company emailed me letting me know I needed one and even helped me get my prescription by faxing it to my obgyn for me! My pump shipped literally the next day after they received the prescription, and it came in less than a week!”
