“just received my spectra 2 with cooling totes as well as 90 free breast milk storage bags! everything was packed nicely and was delivered in a timely manner! no damage and everything is accounted for and works perfect!”

“Baby Pavilion offers a wide range of products at little or no cost to their customers. The customer service reps are A1! They are friendly and provide quick responses. “Working with Baby Pavillion was a super easy process and when I didn't have a prescription they reached out to me and my OBGYN office to get it. I got the pump I wanted no questions asked and within a reasonable time frame!”

“baby pavilion does okay at delivering my bags every month, not always in a timely manner, there have been times i needed to buy bags myself because they didn’t come when they were supposed to. sometimes it’s speedy and sometimes it isn’t. i also had a conversation with a customer service member recently who was talking to me in a highly unprofessional manner. overall not thrilled with baby pavilion anymore.”
