“I purchased a product from Banggood early one month and received confirmation of the sale and tracking info for the product. The tracking info did not update and indicated the destination as a different country. THREE weeks later, Banggood Customer Service contacts me to say that my product is out of stock and ask if I wouldn't mind waiting 1 week for shipment. This would make 4 weeks before even shipping the item. Confused, I show them my receipts and they have no clear answer, but it's clear my order was never shipped. Their "customer service" involved stalling with slow email correspondence for 1 week and eventually refunding my order even though I expressly ask for a replacement to be shipped ASAP. Poor communication, inability to follow instructions, falsified shipping documents, and slow delivery are all reasons I will not shop with Banggood in future.”

“The delivery was in normal time and without problems. My overall impression of the RadioMaster TX16S Mark II V4.0 Hall Gimbal 4-IN-1 is very good. The color display now looks much better than that of older models. The Hall Sensor gimbals feel really good. The hall sensor gimbals are compared to the other RC remote controls top notch. The switches are now of even better quality. In general, the radio is of very good quality. Great system for any model builder. Just great. A versatile and highly programmable radio love it. Excellent range and really good value for money. I can only recommend!!! Die Lieferung war in normaler Zeit und ohne Probleme. Mein Gesamteindruck des Senders ist sehr gut. Das Farbdisplay sieht jetzt viel besser aus als die von älteren Modellen. Die Hall Sensor-Gimbals fühlen sich wirklich gut an. Die Hall Sensor-Gimbals sind im Vergleich zur anderen RC-Fernbedienungen erstklassig. Die Schalter sind jetzt von noch besserer Qualität. Im Allgemeinen ist das Radio von sehr guter Qualität. Super Anlage für jeglichen Modellbauer. Einfach nur top . Ein vielseitiges und hochgradig programmierbares Radio love it. Ausgezeichnete Reichweite und wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!”

“My purchasing from Banggood has been inplace for a number of years now. During that time the purchased items have always been of good to excellent quality; should a confusion or misunderstand occurr when ordering, it is my experience that the problem has been quickly resolved to our mutual satisfaction. Having been a purchasing officer my orders have always been made well proir to when the item is required, so delivery has never been an issue with me. Arthough I notice that orders arrive quicker now than at the beginning. Overall, my wish is that our dealings will continue.”

“The item I ordered had estimated delivery time of 3 weeks, which is already annoying. A couple of weeks later I checked the status of the delivery, out of curiousity, and I found out that the courier Hermes tried to deliver the package to me a couple of times during the same week, but they claimed that they couldn't find my address, even if it was correct, I was at home, they had my phone number and email address and I never got any notification. I contacted Banggood's customer support and they told me to call the courier to fix the things by myself. I'm very unsatisfied and I will never order with them again, I will rather give even more money to Amazon because they at least offer a better service.”
