“Bought several lights from Banggood. x1 light was in a used open box despite sold as new. Also faulty x1 light had no user manual and was not as advertised for outdoor use. Dangerous when it comes to electrical goods I requested to return the lights immediately. However it was like talking to a brick wall with customer services. I asked 11 times for their returns address and they still have not provided it 5 weeks later. They appear to have automated responses for everything and BANGGOOD NEVER READ YOUR EMAIL and NEVER RESPOND OR UNDERSTAND EVEN THE MOST BASIC QUESTIONS. At first i thought this was just bad customer service but now think they use automated robots to respond in a very poor way that leaves you extremely frustrated. They just send constant marketing messages even though ive unsubscribed so be careful before you give them your details. Instead of giving you a returns address they offer you a small refund and let you keep the goods whether you want them or not. The refund never covers the amount spent. Really struggling to understand how Banggood gets 4 star reviews on Trustpilot. I think this was one of the companies that appeared in the Sunday Times as one of those nightmare chinese companies to deal with, only in my haste to get what looked like good products at a fair price i forgot to do enough research and trusted review sites too much with what feel like fake 4 star ratings. Still awaiting my full refund and they have stopped replying so will have to now go through the mare of a chargeback with the bank. NO FULL REFUNDS NO EMAIL REPLIES SLOW DELIVERY REFUSE TO GIVE THEIR RETURNS ADDRESS OVERALL A SCAM”
