“Időben megkaptam a megrendelt árút, de betegségem miatt csak most tudok reagálni a hiányos szállításra, mivel csak 1 db akkumulátor érkezett a mini láncfűrészhez. Ez nem elegáns eljárás. Kérem küldjék el a második akkumulátort is. Eddig több terméket vásároltam Önöktől és nem volt semmi probléma a szállítással és a termékekkel.”

“Primeira compra de muitas! Sites com muita variedade, atendimento no chat ao vivo super atenciosos e prestativos. preços que valem a pena , a entrega foi bem rápida um pouco mais de 1 mês, vem bem embalado. Paguei as taxas a mais e depois tive o reembolso rápido e fácil, sem nenhuma burocracia.”

“UK deliver time could be better and tracking app is not best, I've had 3 items in China Airport for a week according to the tracking information. I was also charged over £100 for item never received. Ordered 2 billed for 3 no good banggood.”

“Não colocaram meu endereço conforme eu informei, a mercadoria chegou com endereço incompleto, fui ao correio e retirei a mercadoria. Montei o relógio tudo funcionou normalmente, porém o relógio só pula 1 minuto após 6 minutos, ou seja ele está na razão de 10 no clock. Quero saber como resolver isso, já conferi todo o esquema e o circuito está montado certinho.”

“Compra feira em 08-01-2022 para ser entregue em 7 dias uteis. Não foi entregue e foi cancelada. Enviaram-me tracking da DHL e tentaram entregar pela DPD que foi recusada a entrega. Ainda á espera do meu dinheiro. Feita reclamação na PAYPAL, tinham prazo para resolver até 15-02-2022, alteraram para 20-02-2022, e agora alteraram para 28-02-2022. Outra empresa mafiosa, cambada de CLOWNS, montes de CAGALHÕES, FDP, Á P... QUE OS PARIU. Don't need nothing from you, only my money. Keep this score.”

“Banggood is a catastrophically bad company when you return something. Requires pictures on the packaging with barcodes, just like saving on empty boxes. In addition, they want you to create a lot of images and videos that show the product defective. It is so complicated that it is not worth all the work. Luckily it was a low price product so I can take the loss, but will never buy anything from them again. Really bad company, AVOID!”
