“The material in the irregular long sleeve cardigan was flimsy, the sizing inaccurate, and the workmanship, exceedingly shoddy...The button holes were not even finished, and would not hold. I have purchased other items on Banggood that were excellent, but this was by far the worst item I have ever purchased online, and a complete waste of money, especially at the price being charged...I've seen cheap Halloween outfits that were better put together than this one. Buyer, beware!”

“Shoes look and feel good and are fairly priced. Supposed to be leather uppers. ( I now hate PU as is hot, stiffens and deteriorates quickly) Time & use will determine quality.”

“On this occasion my initial order did not arrive in time--was late by over 30 days. I contacted customer service 4 times. the fist 3 times I was asked to wait--but nothing happened the 4th time I asked for my order to be replaced and it was. I received the replacement order quite fast.”

“All orders I have made so far have been received within the anticipated time and most of them as described. The only time when some rechargeable batteries I received were not rated as stated, a full refund was received after raising the issue with Banggood.”
