“I am a devoted customer for many years now, starting from little things and now make orders of hundreds of euros. Overall I am satisfied by both the price/quality ratio of products (one should remember that goods always look better online than what they are in reality) and the delivery, as well as the customer service, which has been very responsive, ready to correct shortcomings and sensitive to complaints. Prices have risen recently and this is the reason I gave a 4-star review.”

“The car came in great shape and a couple days early. No complaints....Banggood delivered as promised!!!! This beast is much bigger than I expected it to be and fast right out of the box. “I was looking for 'Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket', because I didn't find it in my country. After checkout, first they wrote the goods were not yet available, "we are waiting for them from the factory". They waited, a few months later they sent. Arrived. The remote controller is not configured in any way. Leaf manual in English did not help, does not work. There is no such model in Iнтернет, as well as manual to it. The site does not have a simple quick and understandable way of feedback, which could be used for an acceptable time for a busy person. There are chat, mail, messenger icons, but they are inactive. Shortly, choosing expressions, the next frivolous guys, whom I block from the first joint and forever [including the annoying advertising that they slam daily since registration]. Appreciate your time, gentlemen). P.S. Bought the "Remote Socket" in Moscow. It is elementally configured and works.”

“Articolo ben imballato in una scatola di cartone, che però, sicuramente per via del corriere, è arrivata parzialmente ammaccata e rotta, anche la plastica preformata all'interno era rotta; in ogni caso il livello era perfettamente funzionante e senza segni di rottura; la scatola era dentro una busta di plastica opaca, quindi non si poteva vedere se l'interno era integro o no. Pazienza aggiustata scatola con del nastro adesivo. Il prezzo non è economico, ma per tracciare correttamente e più velocemente, è accettabile. Pacco arrivato con largo anticipo (circa 7/10 giorni prima).”
